Valentine's Day was originally named for two or three Catholic Saints, of which little is known. Over the years, the 14th Day of February has been made famous by Al Capone and the American greeting card industry. In more recent years, the Diamond Industry has used Valentine's Day as a focus of their marketing efforts, thereby drawing the attention of Pirates.
